The Confrontation

The world shifted and so did my workload. With COVID-19 forcing us online, I led the design and development of our online resource center, complementing our new virtual instructor-led training approach. Balancing this with a company-wide rebranding and my master thesis, it was a year of tribulations that challenged my resilience and determination.
